2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for digital products/services as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Food-related services (if applicable) – Refunds will be processed instantly in case of order cancellation before preparation/delivery, or in the event of quality/issues as per our discretion.

  • Digital services/tools/subscriptions – Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the service is faulty or not as described.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already fully rendered or delivered.

  • Subscription fees after the usage period has begun (unless under exceptional circumstances).

  • Customized/personalized digital products.


4. Refund Process

  2. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


5. Instant Refund for Food Services

  • For food orders, if an issue is reported immediately (before/during delivery), an instant refund or replacement will be initiated based on the situation.
